Academy Training

Academy training is sponsored by WYSA and is included as part of your registration each session. For Pre-K and K players, Academy is run on the first four Sundays of each season and is held for the first half of your scheduled game time. For all other age groups (up to Grade 6) Academy is scheduled as allowed and is usually completed before the beginning of the BAYS travel season. 

BEST Soccer develops and runs each Academy using their training and coaching staff. Training is designed to facilitate individual skill building as well as those needed during game play. It is offered to support your individual practice sessions and to provide coaches ideas for what they can incorporate within their own time. BEST resources can be requested by any coach during the season and if available, are able to come to individual team practices. Please contact your Director of Coaching to inquire and/or request this support.
